Bob has had 38 years experience in Public Practice. He worked for a Chartered Accountant prior to setting up his own practice; Bob was employed as an accountant in a manufacturing organisation; in a stock broking firm and commenced his working career in a bank.

Professional Activities:
Bob is the current President of the ATMA and represents the Association at the ATO National Tax Liaison Group. Previously he was the ATMA representative to the Hurstville Tax Liaison Group (now defunct). Bob convenes the Sydney Discussion Groups and has until recently regularly attended Discussion Groups in other States. He has represented the ATMA on working parties with the National Review of Standards for the Tax Profession; and in other forums with the ATO, APRA and ASIC. Bob has attended prize presentation ceremonies at universities throughout Australia and has represented the ATMA at such ceremonies in Hong Kong and China. Out of such activities and the interest of members in Australia in widening the ATMA's network of members and contacts, liaison activities in Hong Kong and mainland China continued. In 1994 there were approximately 20 members in Hong Kong. As a result of ATMA activities in Hong Kong and China there are now more than 100 members in Hong Kong. Bob has hosted delegations from ShenZhen Treasury, ShenZhen Society of Accountants, Wuhan Treasury and Wuhan Finance School and has accompanied them on visits to Charles Sturt University at Bathurst.
Bob has lodged many submissions to various Government Departments and other organisations for recognition of the ATMA. He has also contributed to many submissions to Government on matters affecting members.
Keith Clissold

Professional Activities:
Director of the ATMA since June 1991.Currently, Senior Vice President of the ATMA. Member of and participant in the Sydney ATMA Discussion Groups since 1986. Hosted various Discussion Groups in Perth and Darwin. Founding member of the ATO Bankstown Tax Liaison committee (now defunct). Current ATMA representative to the national ATO/Tax Practitioner Forum. Member of the National Tax Liaison Group sub committee Lodgement Party Workshop. Alternate delegate to the National Tax Liaison Group. Participant in various professional forums on behalf of the ATMA when required. Contributor to ATMA submissions to government and to articles required for such publications as the ATMA News and inTAX. Represented the ATMA at various prize presentations.

Professional Activities:
Glen was a Director of the ATMA from 1992-1998, and was reelected at the 2000 AGM. Glen is the Junior Vice President and the ATMA representative on the NSW Regional Tax Practitioner Forum and has represented ATMA members at ATO Tax Liaison Group (now defunct) and Insurance and Superannuation Commission meetings, which are forums where the valuable feedback gained at Discussion Groups, can be conveyed. He has represented the ATMA at University presentations, hosted Discussion Groups in Adelaide and actively participated in other ATMA Discussion Group meetings, particularly in Sydney. Glen has contributed to articles for inTAX and to submissions to the ATO, on behalf of the ATMA

Professional Activities:
In practice for the last 50 years. Lives in Brisbane. Joined ATMA in 1991 and was appointed to General Council in May 2004. Bill represents the ATMA at the Regional Tax Practitioner Forum, Northern Regions (Brisbane), the Tax Technology Working Party. Bill hosts Professional Development Activities in Queensland and has represented the ATMA at various other forums. He was a speaker at the ATO sponsored Tax Technology Expo in 2000 and has presented GST and PAYG seminars for the ATMA and other professional associations throughout Australia.

William is the foundation member of the ATMA in Hong Kong. He graduated form Charles Sturt University and the Univerisity of New England in Australia. Willam has over 16 years experience in accounting, administration, company secretarial and business consultancy as well as being a qualified Public Accountant and Business Consultant in Australia. William has been a Registered Migration Agent in Australia since March 1995. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators in Australia.
Lucia Man Wah Yip

Foundation member of ATMA in Hong Kong, with over 16 years experience in accounting, treasury, company secretarial and Business Consulting and as a Chartered Secretary in Australia. Lucia has graduated from the Victoria University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, the University of New England in Australia and the City University of Hong Kong. She currently works as a Treasury Executive in a multi-national company in Hong Kong. Lucia has been the Secretary of the ATMA in Hong Kong since 1997 and Vice President since June 2000.
Andy Hing Yip Lui

Member of the ATMA since 1997. With over 20 years experience in Global Investment business. A qualified Public Accountant in Australia. Graduated from the University of Winnipeg in Canada and the University of East Asia in Macau. He has a strong technical and professional background in accounting, management, and investment analysis. Mr Lui Specialises in securites and finance practice. He is presently an Associate Director of a major Chinese Capital Markets Holding company in Hong Kong. He joined the ATMA Hong Kong Council in December 2003.

Daniel has over 12 years tertiary teaching experience. Subjects he has taught are included in the following courses, Diploma of Banking and Finance, Diploma of Company Secretaryship and Administration, Accountancy Diploma, and BBA (Hons) Degree. He graduated from Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia with a Doctor of Business Administration Degree. Daniel has had extensive practical experience in accounting and finance gained through various senior positions. He is currently an Assistant Professor in accounting and finance at the Lingnan University in Hong Kong.
