Complaints against a member of the ATMA.

The ATMA has an investigation and disciplinary process to accept written complaints against ATMA members. As a condition of membership all ATMA members are subject to this investigation and disciplinary process for breaches of the ATMA Consitution, By-Laws, Pronouncements and Professional Standards.

Complaint Statistics

As at 30th June 2010 the ATMA has received no complaints regarding ATMA Member conduct, with the exception of 2 referrals from the ATO regarding conduct of SMSF Auditors.
