Event Registration & Cancellation Policy

ATMA Event Policy & Registration terms and conditions

The ATMA reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any of the arrangements contained in our programs.

Cancellations must be received in writing 10 working days prior to a workshop & 3 working days prior to a Professional Development Group.

A refund will not be given if a registrant fails to attend or fails to cancel within the above stated times.

Substitute attendees are always welcome. If the replacement is not a member, the non-member registration fee will apply.

CPD hours will only be allocated after attendance has been confirmed.

In the case of substitute delegates CPD hours will be allocated to the substitute attendee only after attendance has been confirmed.

The ATMA accepts no responsibility for delegates’ late transport arrivals or non arrivals due to delays.

Delegates attending workshops will be provided with morning tea, afternoon tea and a light lunch.

Delegates attending Professional Development events will be served refreshments and a light snack.

Smart casual attire is suitable for all ATMA training and professional development events.
